The apartment
The Parthe winds quietly through northern Leipzig before it joins the Pleiße. The apartment that bears its name is on the second floor (no lift) and offers 49 square metres across two rooms.

The location
All apartments share one quiet building about two kilometres from Leipzig's centre — close to the rivers and the broad floodplain forest that runs through the city. The centre, with the Gewandhaus and St Thomas Church, is a few minutes away, as are the parks and cycle paths along the Elster.
